Emergency Plumbing Repairs in Northeast Texas

Burst pipe, sewer backup, or a leak that won’t stop? Underwood’s licensed plumbers answer nights and evenings across Collin, Grayson, Fannin, Hunt, and Lamar counties, from our offices in McKinney, Bonham, and Sherman.

Plumbing Emergency? We Answer Day or Night.

Burst pipe in the evening, or a backup on a holiday, we’ll get a truck rolling.

Our Emergency Process

Call us: We pick up nights and evenings, holidays included, and get a plumber on the schedule.

Stop the damage: We shut the water down, contain what’s already out, and find where it’s coming from before we open anything up.

Explain your options: You hear what’s wrong and what it takes to fix it before any work starts.

Fix it in one trip: Our vans carry the parts for the emergencies we get called on, so most repairs finish on the first visit.

Test the work: We run water, check for leaks, and make sure the line holds before we pack up.

Leave it clean: Floors, walls, and the work area get cleaned up before we head out.

The Underwood Plumbing Standard

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

A burst pipe, a sewer backup, water where it shouldn’t be, or a fixture that won’t stop running. If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911. For a burst pipe or a major leak, shut off the main water valve, then call us at (903) 449-1677.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed a sewer tank cover replaced due to it being hit by the lawnmower. These guy fixed it in less than 30 minutes.
Chad also suggested putting landscaping stuff around the 4 tanks to prevent this happening again. Totally happy with their service.
